Incomplete blacklist vulnerability in the safe_url_extraclean function in ajax.php in Pandora FMS before 3.1.1 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary PHP code by using a page parameter containing a UNC share pathname, which bypasses the check for the : (colon) character.

The weakness was shared 11/30/2010 by Juan Galiana Lara (Website). The advisory is shared at securityfocus.com. This vulnerability is known as CVE-2010-4281 since 11/17/2010. The exploitation appears to be easy. The attack can be launched remotely. The exploitation doesn't need any form of authentication. Technical details and also a public exploit are known. MITRE ATT&CK project uses the attack technique T1059 for this issue.
