The SPICE Firefox plug-in (spice-xpi) 2.4, 2.3, 2.2, and possibly other versions allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (crash) and possibly execute arbitrary code via vectors related to (1) plugin/nsScriptablePeer.cpp and (2) plugin/plugin.cpp, which trigger multiple uses of an uninitialized pointer.
The weakness was presented 04/18/2011 as Bug 689931 as not defined bug report (Bugzilla). The advisory is available at bugzilla.redhat.com. This vulnerability is traded as CVE-2011-1179. The exploitability is told to be difficult. It is possible to launch the attack remotely. The exploitation doesn't require any form of authentication. The technical details are unknown and an exploit is not available.
