Session fixation vulnerability in IBM Maximo Asset Management 6.2 through 7.5, as used in SmartCloud Control Desk, Tivoli Asset Management for IT, Tivoli Service Request Manager, Maximo Service Desk, and Change and Configuration Management Database (CCMDB), allows remote attackers to hijack web sessions via unspecified vectors.

The weakness was disclosed 09/10/2012 (Website). The advisory is available at www-01.ibm.com. This vulnerability is traded as CVE-2012-2183 since 04/04/2012. It is possible to launch the attack remotely. The exploitation doesn't require any form of authentication. The technical details are unknown and an exploit is not available.
