The advisory is shared at lists.apple.com. The public release has been coordinated in cooperation with Apple. This vulnerability is uniquely identified as CVE-2012-3651 since 06/19/2012. It is possible to initiate the attack remotely. No form of authentication is needed for exploitation. Neither technical details nor an exploit are publicly available.
