with an unknown input leads to a sql injection vulnerability. Using CWE to declare the problem leads to CWE-89. SQL injection vulnerability in ajax_udf.php in OpenDocMan before 1.2.7.2 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary SQL commands via the table parameter. NOTE: some of these details are obtained from third party information.
The weakness was disclosed 03/09/2014 (Website). The advisory is shared for download at opendocman.com. This vulnerability is handled as CVE-2014-2317 since 03/07/2014. The attack may be launched remotely. No form of authentication is required for exploitation. Technical details as well as a public exploit are known. The MITRE ATT&CK project declares the attack technique as T1505.
The exploit is available at exploit-db.com. It is declared as proof-of-concept. By approaching the search of inurl:ajax_udf.php it is possible to find vulnerable targets with Google Hacking. The commercial vulnerability scanner Qualys is able to test this issue with plugin 11524 (OpenDocMan Multiple SQL Injection Vulnerabilities).
Upgrading to version 1.2.6.6 eliminates this vulnerability.
