The weakness was presented 03/14/2014 (Website). The advisory is shared at owncloud.org. The identification of this vulnerability is CVE-2013-2040 since 02/19/2013. The attack may be initiated remotely. Required for exploitation is a simple authentication. It demands that the victim is doing some kind of user interaction.
