The weakness was presented 03/24/2014 by ryan (Website). The advisory is shared at moodle.org. This vulnerability is uniquely identified as CVE-2014-0125 since 12/03/2013. It is possible to initiate the attack remotely. No form of authentication is needed for exploitation. Technical details are known, but no exploit is available.
