Cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability in jquery.ui.dialog.js in the Dialog widget in jQuery UI before 1.10.0 allows remote attackers to inject arbitrary web script or HTML via the title option.
The weakness was disclosed 11/14/2014 by Shadow as confirmed mailinglist post (oss-sec). The advisory is shared for download at seclists.org. This vulnerability was named CVE-2010-5312 since 11/14/2014. The attack can be initiated remotely. No form of authentication is required for a successful exploitation. Successful exploitation requires user interaction by the victim. Technical details and also a exploit are known. The MITRE ATT&CK project declares the attack technique as T1059.007.
