The weakness was disclosed 11/06/2012 by Phil Turnbull (Inferno) with Google Chrome Security Team as 51210 as not defined advisory (Website). The advisory is shared for download at secunia.com. The public release has been coordinated in cooperation with the vendor. This vulnerability was named CVE-2012-5127 since 09/24/2012. The exploitation appears to be difficult. The attack can be initiated remotely. No form of authentication is required for a successful exploitation. There are neither technical details nor an exploit publicly available.
