The weakness was released 01/20/2015 as confirmed mailinglist post (Full-Disclosure). The advisory is shared at seclists.org. The identification of this vulnerability is CVE-2014-8428 since 10/22/2014. The exploitation is known to be easy. An attack has to be approached locally. No form of authentication is needed for a successful exploitation. Neither technical details nor an exploit are publicly available.
