The bug was discovered 10/28/2012. The weakness was published 11/28/2012 by Gjoko Krstic (LiquidWorm) with Zero Science Lab as ZSL-2012-5114 as not defined posting (Website). The advisory is shared for download at zeroscience.mk. The public release happened without coordination with the vendor. The exploitation appears to be easy. The attack can be initiated remotely. No form of authentication is required for a successful exploitation. Successful exploitation requires user interaction by the victim. Technical details and also a public exploit are known.
