The component in (1) /luci/homebase and (2) /luci/cluster menu in Red Hat Conga 0.12.2 allows remote authenticated users to bypass intended access restrictions via a crafted URL.

The weakness was presented 10/06/2014 as Bug 1112813 as not defined bug report (Bugzilla). The advisory is available at bugzilla.redhat.com. This vulnerability is traded as CVE-2014-3521 since 05/14/2014. The exploitability is told to be easy. It is possible to launch the attack remotely. A authentication is needed for exploitation.
