The weakness was published 03/23/2015 by Felix Wilhelm with ERNW (Website). The advisory is shared at www-01.ibm.com. The identification of this vulnerability is CVE-2015-0197 since 11/18/2014. The exploitation is known to be easy. An attack has to be approached locally. No form of authentication is needed for a successful exploitation. Neither technical details nor an exploit are publicly available. MITRE ATT&CK project uses the attack technique T1068 for this issue.
