The technical details are unknown and an exploit is not publicly available. The advisory points out:
A vulnerability in the DNS code of the Cisco ASA Software could allow an unauthenticated, remote attacker to exhaust available memory, which could lead to system instability and the inability to process or forward traffic. The vulnerability is due to improper processing of DNS packets. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by sending a request to an affected Cisco ASA appliance, which can cause it to generate a DNS request packet. The attacker would need to be able to intercept this request and reply with a crafted DNS reply packet.
