The issue has been introduced in 03/03/2015. The weakness was published 04/14/2015 with Oracle as Oracle Critical Patch Update Advisory - April 2015 as confirmed advisory (Website). The advisory is available at oracle.com. This vulnerability is handled as CVE-2015-0486 since 12/17/2014. The exploitation is known to be easy. The attack may be launched remotely.
