A vulnerability has been found in SE HTML5 Album Audio Player up to 1.1.0 on WordPress (WordPress Plugin) and classified as problematic. This vulnerability affects an unknown code of the file download_audio.php. The manipulation of the argument file
with an unknown input leads to a path traversal vulnerability. The CWE definition for the vulnerability is CWE-22. The product uses external input to construct a pathname that is intended to identify a file or directory that is located underneath a restricted parent directory, but the product does not properly neutralize special elements within the pathname that can cause the pathname to resolve to a location that is outside of the restricted directory. Directory traversal vulnerability in download_audio.php in the SE HTML5 Album Audio Player (se-html5-album-audio-player) plugin 1.1.0 and earlier for WordPress allows remote attackers to read arbitrary files via a .. (dot dot) in the file parameter.
