CoreGraphics in Apple iOS before 8.4 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code or cause a denial of service (memory corruption) via a crafted ICC profile in a PDF document, a different vulnerability than CVE-2015-3723.
The weakness was presented 06/30/2015 by Craig Young (WanderingGlitch) with ZDI as HT20494 as confirmed advisory (Website). The advisory is shared for download at support.apple.com. This vulnerability is traded as CVE-2015-3724 since 05/07/2015. It is possible to launch the attack remotely. The exploitation doesn't require any form of authentication.
