The weakness was presented 09/04/2015 (Website). The advisory is available at exploit-db.com. This vulnerability was named CVE-2015-6810 since 09/04/2015. The exploitation appears to be easy. The attack can be initiated remotely. A single authentication is needed for exploitation. Successful exploitation requires user interaction by the victim.
