Open redirect vulnerability in CMSPages/GetDocLink.ashx in Kentico CMS 8.2 through 8.2.41 allows remote attackers to redirect users to arbitrary web sites and conduct phishing attacks via a URL in the link parameter.

The weakness was shared 10/21/2015 as File 133981/Ken (Packetstorm). The advisory is available at packetstormsecurity.com. This vulnerability is traded as CVE-2015-7823 since 10/14/2015. It is possible to launch the attack remotely. The exploitation doesn't require any form of authentication. Technical details are known, but there is no available exploit. This vulnerability is assigned to T1204.001 by the MITRE ATT&CK project.

The commercial vulnerability scanner Qualys is able to test this issue with plugin 11559 (Kentico CMS Cross-Site Scripting and Open Redirect Vulnerabilities).
