The bug was discovered 12/08/2015. The weakness was published 12/08/2015 by Francisco Falcon with Core Security as MS15-134 as confirmed bulletin (Technet). The advisory is available at technet.microsoft.com. This vulnerability was named CVE-2015-6127 since 08/14/2015. The attack can be initiated remotely. No form of authentication is required for a successful exploitation. Technical details are unknown but a public exploit is available. This vulnerability is assigned to T1592 by the MITRE ATT&CK project.
