A vulnerability, which was classified as critical, was found in Fishcart (affected version not known). This affects some unknown functionality of the file upstnt.php. The manipulation of the argument cartid with an unknown input leads to a sql injection vulnerability. CWE is classifying the issue as CWE-89. The product constructs all or part of an SQL command using externally-influenced input from an upstream component, but it does not neutralize or incorrectly neutralizes special elements that could modify the intended SQL command when it is sent to a downstream component. This is going to have an impact on confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

The weakness was disclosed 05/03/2005 by Diabolic Crab (Website). The advisory is shared at digitalparadox.org. It is possible to initiate the attack remotely. Technical details and a exploit are known. MITRE ATT&CK project uses the attack technique T1505 for this issue.
