The public release has been coordinated in cooperation with the vendor. This vulnerability is handled as CVE-2013-3340 since 03/28/2013. The attack may be launched remotely. Upgrading to version 9.5.5, 10.1.7 or 11.0.03 eliminates this vulnerability. The upgrade is hosted for download at adobe.com. The problem might be mitigated by replacing the product with Microsoft Silverlight, Java or Javascript as an alternative. The best possible mitigation is suggested to be upgrading to the latest version. A possible mitigation has been published immediately after the disclosure of the vulnerability.
