The weakness was disclosed 05/16/2016 by Stefan Esser (lokihardt) with CESG as HT206567 as confirmed advisory (Website). The advisory is available at support.apple.com. This vulnerability is traded as CVE-2016-1822 since 01/13/2016. Local access is required to approach this attack. A authentication is needed for exploitation.
