The weakness was published 04/26/2013 by Atte Kettunen (OUSPG) with Oulu University Secure Programming Group as 222136 as confirmed advisory (Website). The advisory is shared for download at code.google.com. The public release has been coordinated with the vendor. This vulnerability was named CVE-2013-2845 since 04/11/2013. The exploitation appears to be difficult. The attack can be initiated remotely. No form of authentication is required for a successful exploitation.
