The advisory is shared at seclists.org. This vulnerability is known as CVE-2017-20084. The attack can be launched remotely. The successful exploitation requires a single authentication. Technical details are unknown but a public exploit is available. MITRE ATT&CK project uses the attack technique T1588.001 for this issue.
