The advisory is shared at seclists.org. The public release was coordinated in cooperation with Solare. The identification of this vulnerability is CVE-2017-20023. The attack may be initiated remotely. Neither technical details nor an exploit are publicly available. MITRE ATT&CK project uses the attack technique T1068 for this issue.

Upgrading to version 3.5.3-86 eliminates this vulnerability.
