An attack has to be approached locally. The exploitation doesn't need any form of authentication. Neither technical details nor an exploit are publicly available. The advisory points out:
An attacker within range may be able to execute arbitrary code on the Wi-Fi chip
Upgrading to version 10.3.1 eliminates this vulnerability. A possible mitigation has been published immediately after the disclosure of the vulnerability.
