Qt Group के Qt 6.0.0 से 6.8.8 और 6.9.0 से 6.11.1 तक में उपलब्ध QtNetwork मॉड्यूल के HTTP Cache-Control response header parsing में out-of-bounds read (buffer over-read) की कमजोरी है, जो एक अविश्वसनीय या compromise किए गए HTTP सर्वर द्वारा QNetworkAccessManager का उपयोग करने वाले एप्लिकेशन को excessively large Cache-Control header value लौटाने के माध्यम से remote attackers को denial of service (एप्लिकेशन crash) की अनुमति देती है। कनेक्शन का केवल client side प्रभावित होता है और 32-bit builds प्रभावित नहीं होते हैं; out-of-bounds access read-only है, जिसमें कोई information disclosure या code execution नहीं होता है।
