D-Link DIR-825M router firmware v1.1.8 contains dual vulnerabilities (CWE-121 Stack-based Buffer Overflow and CWE-78 OS Command Injection) within the disk formatting handling endpoint /boafrm/formDiskFormat of its web management service. The vulnerable function sub_46725C retrieves the user-controlled partition POST parameter without any input sanitization, length validation or special character filtering.
