There is no record-level ownership check, no department scoping, no consent gate, and no rate limit. Any admin or direktur can therefore enumerate every patient record (full PII: name, address, place+date of birth, gender, age, diagnosis, room, doctor, admission/discharge dates, total cost) by walking the integer keyspace. |
