WFTPD e WFTPD Pro 2.41 consentono agli attaccanti remoti di causare un denial of service (DoS) utilizzando il comando RESTART (REST) e scrivendo oltre la fine di un file, oppure scrivendo su un file che non esiste, tramite comandi come STORE UNIQUE (STOU), STORE (STOR) o APPEND (APPE).
