McAfee VirusScan 4.5.1, quando il modulo WebScanX.exe è abilitato, cerca determinate DLL dalla home directory dell'utente, anche durante la navigazione sul disco rigido locale, consentendo agli utenti locali di eseguire codice arbitrario tramite versioni malevole di tali DLL.
