Il servizio Winsock Proxy in Microsoft Proxy Server 2.0 e il servizio Firewall di Microsoft nell'Internet Security and Acceleration (ISA) Server 2000 consentono ad attaccanti remoti di causare un denial of service (consumo della CPU o tempesta di pacchetti) tramite un pacchetto spoofed, malformato inviato alla porta UDP 1745.
