Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.22 e altre versioni dalla serie 5 fino alla 6 SP1 inviano intestazioni Referer contenenti URL https nelle richieste per URL http, consentendo ad attaccanti remoti di ottenere potenzialmente informazioni sensibili leggendo i dati dei log del Referer.
