Un heap-based buffer overflow nel programma HtmlHelp (hh.exe) di HTML Help per Microsoft Windows 98, Me, NT 4.0, 2000, XP e Server 2003 consente agli attaccanti remoti di eseguire comandi arbitrari tramite un file .CHM con un campo length eccessivamente grande; si tratta di una vulnerabilità diversa da CVE-2003-1041.
