Il parser XML in Oracle 9i Application Server Release 2 versioni 9.0.3.0 e 9.0.3.1, 9.0.2.3 e precedenti, e Release 1 versioni 1.0.2.2 e 1.0.2.2.2, nonché Database Server Release 2 versione 9.2.0.1 e successive, consente ad attaccanti remoti di causare un denial of service (consumo di CPU e memoria) tramite un messaggio SOAP contenente una DTD manipolata ad hoc.
