Cisco IOS XR, quando configurato per il Multi Protocol Label Switching (MPLS) ed eseguito su router Cisco CRS-1, consente ad attaccanti remoti di causare un denial of service (crash delle Modular Services Cards (MSC) o "problemi di gestione dei pacchetti MPLS") tramite determinati pacchetti MPLS, come identificato dagli ID bug Cisco (1) CSCsd15970 e (2) CSCsd55531.
