Un overflow intero nella funzione systrace_preprepl (STRIOCREPLACE) di systrace in OpenBSD 3.9 e NetBSD 3 consente agli utenti locali di causare un denial of service (crash), ottenere privilegi o leggere memoria kernel arbitraria tramite argomenti numerici di grandi dimensioni passati all'ioctl systrace.
