Un heap-based buffer overflow nella funzione "Answering Service" di ICQ 2003b Build 3916 consente agli utenti locali di causare un denial of service (crash dell'applicazione) tramite una stringa lunga nel valore "AwayMsg Presets" della chiave del registro `ICQ\ICQPro\DefaultPrefs\Presets`.
