Microsoft Excel 2000 SP3, 2002 SP3, 2003 SP2, 2004 per Mac e v.X per Mac consente ad attaccanti remoti con assistenza dell'utente di eseguire codice arbitrario tramite un file Excel contenente un campo Column fuori intervallo in determinati tipi di record BIFF8, che fa riferimento a memoria arbitraria.
