Un buffer overflow in Packeteer PacketShaper PacketWise 8.x consente agli utenti remoti autenticati di causare un denial of service (reset o riavvio) tramite (1) un argomento lungo per la classe di traffico nel comando "class show" oppure (2) un valore del parametro POLICY eccessivamente lungo in clastree.htm.
