Il demuxer MP4 (mp4.c) per VLC media player nelle versioni 0.8.6d e precedenti, come utilizzato in Miro Player 1.1 e precedenti, consente agli attaccanti remoti di sovrascrivere memoria arbitraria ed eseguire codice arbitrario tramite un file MP4 malformato.
