Microsoft Host Integration Server (HIS) 2000, 2004 e 2006 non limita l'accesso RPC alle funzioni amministrative, consentendo agli attaccanti remoti di bypassare l'autenticazione ed eseguire programmi arbitrari tramite un messaggio SNA RPC manipolato ad hoc che utilizza gli opcode 1 o 6 per chiamare la funzione CreateProcess, noto anche come "Vulnerabilità di esecuzione di comandi HIS".
