Un errore off-by-one nella funzione event_wallops in fe-common/irc/fe-events.c di irssi 0.8.13 consente ai server IRC remoti di causare un denial of service (crash) tramite un comando vuoto, che attiva una one-byte buffer under-read e una one-byte buffer underflow.
