Il driver md (drivers/md/md.c) nel kernel Linux precedente alla versione 2.6.30.2 potrebbe consentire agli utenti locali di causare un denial of service (NULL pointer dereference) tramite vettori correlati alle "suspend_* sysfs attributes" e alle funzioni (1) suspend_lo_store o (2) suspend_hi_store. NOTA: questa è una vulnerabilità solo quando il filesystem sysfs è scrivibile da parte di un attaccante.
