Vulnerabilità del percorso di ricerca non attendibile in DirectShow su Microsoft Windows Vista SP1 e SP2, Windows 7 Gold e SP1, Windows Server 2008 R2 e R2 SP1, e Windows Media Center TV Pack per Windows Vista consente agli utenti locali di ottenere privilegi tramite una DLL Trojan horse nella directory di lavoro corrente, come dimostrato da una directory che contiene un file Digital Video Recording (.dvr-ms), Windows Recorded TV Show (.wtv) o .mpg, nota anche come "Vulnerabilità di caricamento librario non sicuro in DirectShow".
