Il componente di sicurezza in IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS) 6.1.0.x precedente alla versione 6.1.0.35 e 7.x precedente alla versione 7.0.0.15 consente agli utenti remoti autenticati di causare un denial of service (consumo di memoria) utilizzando un token Lightweight Third-Party Authentication (LTPA) per l'autenticazione.
