Il servizio Packet Capture in Cisco Unified Communications Manager (noto anche come CUCM, precedentemente CallManager) 4.x non gestisce correttamente le connessioni TCP idle, consentendo ad attaccanti remoti di causare un denial of service (consumo di memoria e riavvio) stabilendo numerose connessioni, noto anche come Bug ID CSCtf97162.
