La funzione dissect_sip_p_charging_func_addresses in epan/dissectors/packet-sip.c nel dissector SIP di Wireshark 1.6.x precedente alla versione 1.6.13 e nelle versioni 1.8.x precedenti alla 1.8.5 non gestisce correttamente i dati offset associati a una stringa tra virgolette, consentendo ad attaccanti remoti di causare un denial of service (loop infinito) tramite un pacchetto malformato.
