La funzione clone_mnt in fs/namespace.c nel kernel Linux precedente alla versione 3.8.6 non restringe correttamente le modifiche al flag MNT_READONLY, consentendo agli utenti locali di eludere una proprietà di sola lettura prevista per un filesystem sfruttando un namespace di mount separato.
